Contents:

Aconite 30C - good for sudden onset of fever, cough and/or sore throat, earache, especially after exposure to cold wind or from getting chilled. Anxiety, shock or fright, panic attack, fear of death.

Arnica 30C - first remedy for all accidents and injuries. Help in reducing pain and aiding recovery.

Ars Alb 30C - vomiting and/or diarrhoea. For symptoms of food poisoning or gastro-enteritis. Also useful for hayfever-like symptoms, watery or itchy eyes, burning nasal discharge.

Chamomilla 30 C - teething pain or earache associated with teething. Useful for irritable, fretful, demanding or hard to please children.

Nux Vomica 30C - indigestion after overindulgence in rich food, alcohol, coffee or other stimulants. Hangovers

Rhus Tox 30C - injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments. Intensely burning, itchy skin rashes or erruptions.

Arnica Cream 20g - topical application for injuries and pain.

Calendula Cream 20g - topical application for inflamed skin, cuts, open wounds, and scalds.

Comfrey Cream 20g - topical application for sprains, swelling, bruises and mild joint pain.

Ferr Phos 6x - first aid tissue salt, useful for first stage of any inflammation.

Mag Phos 6x - useful for cramping, shooting or spasmodic pain.
