Nipping Sickness in the Bud

It is far better to get in early and nip illness in the bud rather than try to overcome it once it has a strong-hold within your body.

A big part of being able to do this is to firstly be aware of what is going on in your body, even at a very subtle level. Being aware of early signs that your immune system is springing into action due to the possibility of pathogenic invasion of your body, means that if you take natural action straight away to help your body right at the onset, your immune system has a better chance of being able to do its job effectively.
