The Right Side and Left Side of the Brain

The left hemisphere of the brain is used for logical thinking, analytical processing, calculation, facts, figures and language etc, all things that we need to function in the world. However, it is also very important for well-being, to allow the right hemisphere of the brain to come into play on a regular basis as well. The right hemisphere is involved with creativity, imagination, intuition, emotional connectivity, art, music and other forms of self-expression. Many peoples' lifestyles are predominantly governed by left-brain activity, in fast-paced societies that are extremely money and business orientated. Encourage right-brain activity by taking time out to just 'be' spontaineously in the moment, allowing the space and freedom for your creative juices to flow. This helps in promoting higher levels of consciousness and allows innate intelligence to flourish., which in turn creates a wiser, more well-balanced and well-rounded, happier person.
Finding the balance is a key component of good health and well-being, so use both sides of your brain to live a more fulfilling, natural, wholistic life, that allows your true potential to shine bright
