In this day and age it is hard to not be exposed to electromagnetic radiation from EMFs (electromagnetic fields). Cell phones, computers, smart devices, x-rays, microwaves, security screening devices, and so on, are a standard part of a lot of people's lives.
Electromagnetic radiation can have a damaging effect on the DNA of cells which in turn can have a carcinogenic effect on the body.

This is because cellular heating occurs when the body is exposed to high levels of electromagnetic frequencies, and this is only an example of the noticeable physical effect on the body; on a cellular level, the effects can be less noticeable, but not at all less detrimental to well-being.

EMFs (electromagnetic fields) can interfere with cellular resonance. Anything that lowers cell resonance weakens the body".
However, the nature of living things is highly adaptive, as the basic, fundamental, survival instinct is an intrinsic component of most living forms. So we may eventually over time adapt to our new world of electromagnetic radiation, but this is not inevitable, and adaptation generally occurs over lengthy periods of time. So the most important thing is doing what we can to enhance our wellbeing right here and now. So here are some ways that you can help decrease your exposure to electromagnetic radiation:
Try to not bring devices into direct contact with the body e.g by not holding phones to the ear or resting laptops on the body, or wearing things like wireless earphones
Switch off devices when not in use
Don't have electronic devices in the bedroom
Avoid your exposure to x-rays as much as possible
Avoid using microwave ovens for cooking
Avoid having your house connected to Smart meters
Get out in nature away from all things electronic as much as possible
Carry a piece of Tektite on you to help protect the body from EMFs
Include plenty of antioxidants and anti-cancer foods and herbs into your diet to help prevent free radical damage to cells and protect their DNA
