Did you know that stress increases the boďy's need for vitamin C?

So if you're under stress, eat more vitamin C rich foods such as citrus, berries, greens, onions, broccoli, capsicums, tomatoes, persimmons, avocados, alfalfa and parsley, to name a few.

If there is on-going stress, a natural food-state vitamin C powder or supplement (not ascorbic acid based) may help provide for the body's increased needs. But most importantly just try to relax and avoid negative stress as much as possible.
