Get into or be around moving water e.g a swim at the beach, river, or waterfall, or take a shower. Moving water molecules create negative ions which can have a positive effect on mood.
Use aromatherapy to help uplift the mood and sooth the nervous system. Essential oils of sweet orange, rose, rosewood, sandalwood, neroli, majoram, bergamot, or jasmine can be diffused into the air using an essential oil diffuser.
Think positively. Your thoughts have a huge influence on the way you feel.
Do some form of daily exercise. Exercise helps reduce stress and promotes the production of endorphins which help to improve mood.
