Contains 100mg of 5HTP (extracted from Griffonia simplicifolia seed) per capsule.
High 5HTP provides a high dose of 5HTP which is a precursor to serotonin, therefore it can help in supporting healthy serotonin levels in the brain. Serotonin is a feel good brain chemical. Low serotonin levels have been linked to mood imbalances, premenstrual imbalances, stress and carbohydrate cravings.
Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Should not be taken with prescription sleep medication, Parkinsons medication or anti-depressants.
